Good day. Just installed the latest version of FACT for MSFS2020.
Read the manual instructions to remove the static traffic and checked in the traffic files in my community installation but the files do not exist as described in the manual.
Any other method to remove static traffic?

It's a while since I have downloaded my purchases. I remember I used to use a link and go to private messages. I have tried clicking on the old shop link but it is not working. Any ideas? Note, I do not have an account as registered from the main site since not in the EU.

Update! The FACT version on Simmarket was indeed the incorrect version. It was advertised as v1.3, but the file was v1.2. My ticket has been updated and the correct version is now available!

I have submitted a support ticket at Simarket. Definitely v1.2 posted there. Have conpared their so called v1.3 zip with my saved v1.2 zip. Same files....something wrong on their side...

Yes...That was how I resolved it although the FSDG team could not duplicate this from their side...

I recently purchased Beziers to do some Ryanair ops. Unfortunalety my immersion is broken (see the image).
I have done every possible troubleshoot idea I have. Resynced Orbx, verified orbx files and checked the correct options in the FSDG scenery configurator.

All I can say is that there doesn't seem to be an issue with our scenery as we cannot replicate that problem on our test systems.
I thought the tips above (navigraph,...) would help fix the problem.

SA Pilot and myself have identified an issue with your install method. I think it applies to bespoke airports. It has nothing to do with Navigraph. When we first install FSDG Cape Town, it removes the ASOBO entry for FACT in the Content.xml file. So when we first fire up the sim, all is good. Now ...

Do you use Navigraph data for MSFS? You will need to reorganise the scenery priority. This is a common cause of so called "double runways". Check out the Navivraph forum.

The new version mostly consisted of adjusting the terrain (removing slopes between apron and runway) and floating objects.

OK, thanks..I will remove the tool from my PC for now.

Update: I'm also getting issues with runway overlay. I see double markings. It's as if the default scenery is not being excluded.

Good day. Is this tool still required? I cannot seem to find a link to it and since re-installing FACT to the new version, the tool no longer recognises any installed software.
