Here is how i solved it....

Apparently a texture mixed up among addons, i noticed that Scenery CFG was kind of corrupt, missing addons and were not in correct order.... so these are the steps i followed:

1- Delete Scenery.CFG from Program Data Folder ...

I tried reinstalling, even turning HDR OFF as saw here , but didnt work. Also noticed LM was recommending turning it OFF for some sceneries at V2(old post-mention to not updated sceneries like 100% for that version). But not sure why, may be a texture file type needs to be updated to a ...
