Okay quick heads up to say I fixed it.
I just moved the scenery below Fly Tampa's YSSY and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Hi I just purchased your scenery from Aerosoft. I installed the scenery but had to manually add the scenery via FSX SE as your installer couldn't find my scenery.cfg file.
