FSS got back to me, new installer and serial number provided and now installed so all good,

Lars might be worth dropping Adrian another email at FSS suport, hopefully he'll be able to get you sorted

Quick query, I purchased Thessaloniki X from the flightsim store back in 2014, is there a p3d v4 installer available for this product or was a newer version produced as the flightsim store don't appear to have a p3dv4 update.
