Could this be fixed please? Or is it an issue with another add-on? like Navigraph

I just converted the FS9 WoAI files into FSX ones, thanks.

Regarding the dirt on the wheels it seems to vary. Using the Twin Otter Extended on the apron at Praslin and Mahe produces dirt near the wheels however that stops when I'm on the runway or taxiway.
