AI helicopters

Amazed by the quality of Reunion and Mauritius, great job! Now my only problem is the AI helicopters. At Pierrefonds they move along the taxi line and depart but at both Garros and Mauritius Intl they start up and lift off but then they just remain hovering forever. (I used p3dv4) Any idea why this is?

Does that happen all the time? Sometimes AI gets stuck or frozen if they have to wait too long for another plane to land/takeoff. Or the user aircraft is too close to their path and they need to wait until the track is clear.
Apart from that I don't have any explanation. AI works nicely here. Any traffic addon that might interfere with the AFD files?

No, no coflicts what I am aware of. I have a lot of own AI traffic with all the real world airlines that traffic these airports which look amazing by the way! Those Emirates Airbus 380 at Mauritius is a sight to be seen :)

I notice Mauritius and Garros differs from Pierrefonds in that the former two uses their own afx files "on top of the FIMP, FMEE afx files". The only thing I have done with them is open them up and added the correct com frequencies with the Airport Design Editor.

It'll be best if you first try it with the original files before editing them.

It does not in fact work, at least not in p3d v4, can you please check and verify. I have tried other locations that I have not modified the AFX for and the AI helicopters are pushed back they start the blades and lift off and "taxi" to the holding Point but there they just freeze in the air. Incoming heliopters just suddenly appear at the parking position without an approach.
