I have never seen that effect before. Do you have similar problems with other sceneries?
Try reinstalling the addon.

Hello Again,

I tried reinstalling, even turning HDR OFF as saw here, but didnt work. Also noticed LM was recommending turning it OFF for some sceneries at V2(old post-mention to not updated sceneries like 100% for that version). But not sure why, may be a texture file type needs to be updated to a different format???.... Once in the past i use to do repaints, so when saving textures(for expl lightings or Shine targa imgs) if you'd mistake the correct format, you'd likely got this kind of things... Its hard to explain, but its like the system filling it all beyond the figures inside the images....so you see the entire rectangle...

Its not happening during the day thoug. During the day its all normal.... :-/

I tweaked ORBX Lights..... neither, not that....

I played with bloom, saturation, etc at HDR tab, didnt work...

Only happening with this airport.... Went to Mauritius, Seychelles & Ayers rock...... its ok for all of them....

All those textures are DXT3 in this case. That should not make any problems. Can you please change the seasonal texture to fall or winter (in the Scenery Configurator) to see if those variations work? Graz is currently the only airport we use that feature on.

Have you re-installed the addon? (click restore defaults in the config tool before you do so)

Allright! Lets make Graz Great Again!!!! :D

Here is how i solved it....

Apparently a texture mixed up among addons, i noticed that Scenery CFG was kind of corrupt, missing addons and were not in correct order.... so these are the steps i followed:

1- Delete Scenery.CFG from Program Data Folder and Prepar3D.CFG from AppData Folder. After that clicked "Delete AutoGenerated Files" function inside P3DV4 folder, so many configs returned to default at sim restart...
2- Started sim so it creates default files. Then closed it.
3-Droped my Scenery.CFG backup in the original position - Programdata/P3DV4 - (manually adding some other sceneries from the day i backed it up) and revised my P3D config as for the new prepar3d.CFG. Restarted again sim.
3- Reinstalled Graz scenery and others just to make sure all is clean.
4- Ran ORBX configurators(migration, Vector AEC....) making sure to install after all sceneries so i can select to be reinstalled below all my sceneries(There is a procedure in their forum for that).

And voilah!

Thanks for reporting back.
I can't tell what happened there either but I guess you're right it's good to have this thread if anyone should run into a similar problem in the future.
