Hello. Some years ago I've bought the special pack Holiday airports 2 rom Aerosoft, which contained Bari, Larnaca and yours Djerba and Sharm. It is possibile to have the new installer for P3D4 of these two airports?

Another question: Djerba v3 just released is sold as a new add-on for all people or it is an update for the old owners od Djerba? In that case, it is possibile to have the new installer? Or have I to buy it as a new addon?

Djerba v3.0 is a free update to existing users including box users. Please contact Aerosoft to get the latest versions.

I'll contact Aerosoft, but I've read in forums that Aerosoft wait from the developers the new versions, but most fo all, that there's a problem with a bundle pack, because it's a single installer where you choose which airports (or all airports) you want to install. I remember that I've not installed, in example, Bari airport, because I already had it.

I'll have a try with Aerosoft and I'll tell you about tha answer.

I had a lot of e-mails with Aerosoft, but at the end, they don't how to do and told me to ask you again. So, I'm here. What can I do to have the new versions of both sceneries? Or have I to buy them again?

We're currently discussing this issue with Aerosoft. I can't promise there'll be free new versions for box users but we're working on a possible solution.

I'm not a box user. I've bought it as a download version.

Erm, yes, that was about box and bundle users. Those two items are a bit tricky to handle when it comes to new versions.

We're waiting for Aerosoft to finish their procedures needed for box upgrades. We hope those will be finished soon.

Thank you for your answer, but I remember you that it's a download bundle, not a box, with a single installer with ariports Bari and Larnaca by Aerosoft, and you Djerba and Sharm.

I'm sorry Throsten, but I've done it a lot of times, and they told me to contact you. I've also talked about with you support system, with Emilios. This was the last answer from Aerosoft in 20th July:

I've asked to Aerosoft Support service about Heraklion and Ibizia X Evoilution (this is not one of your produucts) about the installers not updated for P3D4 and this is their answer
