Aircrafts not parking properly, any way I can fix this?

We did this to avoid airport vehicles (pushback tugs,...) interfering with the terminal if you use these default airport vehicles instead of AES or GSX.

I use GSX, is there anyway I can modify myself?

You can use an AFD editor like AFX or ADE to move the parkings. Depending on the aircraft type you're using you will most probably not be perfectly aligned with the markings though, just like on other airports. I would always suggest to use the slew mode to perfectly park your aircraft on the correct holding marker and save the flight for later.
