St Lucia Vat and pounds sterling

Post by speedy70 » Tue May 29, 2018 1:27 pm

Hi
I have just attempted to buy St Lucia advertised at 16 euros.
When I go to buy it with paypal your supplier charges £16 then adds the vat which brings it up to £19.95.
16 Euros works out at £13 odd plus 20% vat would be £15.60 not nearly £20.please advize as I will not purchase unless your esellerate can sort out their calcualations.
Cheers Chris

Thanks for pointing this out. We will have to look into that.
Since our shop is based in the US the standard currency is USD. We specified USD and EUR prices in the shop (not our FSDG website). If you choose another currency there the price will automatically be calculated based on the current exchange rate. It looks like the USD-GBP rate isn't up to date. We have no influence on that.
On our website we offered to display prices in either EUR, GPB or USD. I only just realized the exchange rate there was not the same as on the shop site. To avoid confusion I disabled the other currencies so you'll only see the EUR price on our website. You can still choose the currency of your choice once you go to our shop.
