FSDG and the upcoming P3D v4
Hello FSDG team, Currently I am using FSX, but with the coming of P3D v4 I will migrate. I am now considering buying Graz and Marsa Alam. So can you please tell whether these sceneries wil be supported under P3D v4 and also if this will be a free upgrade? I can also imagine that a lot is not clear a...

LGTS/LGIR v2.1 update FSX?
Hi guys, just noticed the 2.1 updates for LGIR and LGTS. I run FSX; if I update will the vehicles be gone? Or will it just use the new system instead of AES?

Re: Some ideas for future add-ons
Yes they have, but I believe they wait until all construction work has finished. Besides that, they are working on the Canary Islands, Heathrow, Frankfurt and Paris CDG?!horst18519 wrote:I think SimWings has plans for Malaga.

It is a .7z file which needs to be extracted with 7Zip (freeware program that can be found on 7zip.org).

Re: DTTJ v1.10 performance in FS9
Hi Thorsten, Emilios, I finally found the issue! I started with the default Cessna, and I only got lower FPS when in cockpit view. I played with my video card settings, but not much result. Then I looked at my FS9.cfg and noticed some additions. I removed some lines and after removing the line 'Pane...

Demo versions for FSDG scenery?
Hi FSDG team, I hope this is the right place to ask, I was wondering if you ever considered to make demo versions of your products. In my opinion this would be a nice addition because: - you can try the product before you buy (every PC is different nowadays) - you can easily buy the product afterwar...

Re: DTTJ v1.10 performance in FS9
I'm not happy with that obviously. But it doesn't seem like we made a mistake with one of the files. I guess the poly amount is just rather big in this case. If it does not affect other sceneries, go with a "dense" setting. You will not miss any important feature, only some vegetation, some vehicle...

Re: DTTJ v1.10 performance in FS9
Hi Thorsten, thanks for the explanation. My FPS vary between the appr. 24 and 30 when the airport is in sight. This causes little hick-ups when landing... It feels like some sort of delays, and with a manual approach... The only airport where I am experiencing the same is Antalya X... So indeed prob...

Re: DTTJ v1.10 performance in FS9
Hi Thorsten, below are my findings. Normal I have FPS locked @ 30 FPS, but for the test I put it to unlimited. Default Cessna, clear weather, AI at 100% ----------------------------------------- DFS Amsterdam Schiphol - Normal: 38 - 42 FPS - Dense: 38 -42 FPS - Very dense: 38 - 42 FPS - Extremely de...

DTTJ v1.10 performance in FS9
Hi Thorsten, just bought DTTJ via Aerosoft, but I am struggling with my FPS... With my current settings I have 30 FPS at all large airports (EDDF, LFPG etc.) but I get 20s at DTTJ... Ground shadows are disabled, scenery complexity is set to normal... I think the main terminal is heavy on FPS here. A...

The only thing I can think of is, have you enabled shadows? If so, what is you disable them?

Can you add the hotels as an optional download? Shouldn't be too hard to convert them from the FSX version?!

Some extra details for the FS2004 version?
Hi Thorsten, I am really impressed by the FSDG/29 Palms HESH scenery!!! FPS are good, textures look beautiful... However, for FSX also some surroundings are captured like a landclass and the hotel area. Is it possible to include some of the surroundings for FS2004? Maybe some hotels? I really hope s...
