All the way to the top - simple fix and thanks a lot. Still curious about that FSDG folder with the .exe and readme. Sixteen files apparently doing nothing.

My installation appeared to be fine 'til the Orbx LC North America/Canada was added. Now large portions of the airport surface are at an incorrect elevation.
